'kDrh iznRr lferh is the Committee formed to consider the regularization of unauthorized buildings/structures (the Committee). The Petitioner has a house bearing No.346 in Gat No.361 at Kesurdi, Tal. Khandala, Satara (the said house). The Grampanchayat has given its no objection for regularization of the said house, which is already forwarded to the Committee on 20th January, 2019 i.e. prior to the Petitioner being elected as a member of the Grampanchayat in February, 2021. 2.

In view thereof, we direct the Committee to decide within a period of three weeks from today the issue pertaining to the regularization of the said house of the Petitioner. The Committee shall decide the issue strictly on merits and all contentions of the parties are kept open.

In view of this order, the meeting fixed on 26th October, 2021 to disqualify the Petitioner shall be deferred for a period of four weeks from today. SSP 1/2
