P.C. :- 1] After this matter was argued for some time, the learned counsel for the parties, on basis of instruction from their respective clients, state that this petition may be disposed of by directing that the petitioners to deposit Rs.25,000/- per month by way of compensation instead of Rs.30,000/- as determined by the Appeal Court in the impugned orders. 2] Therefore, the impugned orders are modified to the aforesaid extent only, i.e., the petitioners shall now deposit compensation at the rate of Rs.25,000/- per month instead of Rs.30,000/- per month before the Trial Court. All other conditions remain the same.

4] The petitioners shall accordingly be entitled to appropriate adjustment in case the deposits have already been made on the basis of impugned orders.
