According to the Petitioners, in the Petitioners' School, the Teachers are not surplus. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the petitioners is to direct the Respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur to consider and take appropriate decision on Petitioners' representations dated 9th November, 2012 (Exhibit 'C' colly.) and 12th June, 2015 (Exhibit 'F' colly.) as expeditiously as possible. In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting on merits of the matter, this Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.6 to consider the Petitioners' aforesaid representations as expeditiously as possible but not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
Till the Petitioner's claim is decided, the Respondents State is directed to maintain the statusquo as it exists today. 5.
The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
