Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. The Collector, Sangli, shall hear the Petitioner and/or his Advocate as well as Respondent Nos.1 to 7 along with their Advocates and dispose off the Representation dated 19th November, 2021 filed by the Petitioner within a period of 16 weeks from today strictly on merits and without being influenced by any earlier order/s passed by any Court/Authority. The parties will be allowed to file their respective written submissions before the Collector, Sangli. The parties shall appear before the Collector, Sangli on 13th December, 2021 at 12.00 noon and obtain necessary directions. The Petitioner and/or his Advocate shall forthwith serve a copy of this order on the Respondents who are not present before the Court today. The State Government shall arrange to make the record available before the Collector, Sangli, which is produced before this Court. SSP 1/2
