By way of present petition, the petitioner / accused is seeking quashing of FIR in Crime No. I-155 of 2017 registered with Naupada Police Station for the offence punishable u/s 376 (f), (h), (i), (n), 506 r/w. section 34 of IPC and u/s. 3 & 4 of the POCSO Act. 3.

Learned APP on instructions informs this Court that the charge-sheet against the petitioner is already filed, charge is framed and the trial is at the stage of recording evidence. 4.

In the aforesaid background, keeping the option open to the akn 1/2

The petition, as such stands dismissed.
