By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner plaintiff challenges the order dated 30.07.2014 passed by Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kalyan below Exh.156 in Regular Civil Suit No. 398 of 2006 by which the delay in filing written statement was condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- During the course of argument, Advocate for petitioner placed on record order dated 22.03.2016 passed by this court in Appeal from Order No. 652 of 2013.
