We are not inclined to do anything of kind since it is pointed out by the Respondents that the Petitioners have been issued society maintenance and dues bills which, as of 1st October 2021, are in the amount of Rs.41,66,372/-. The Petitioners say that they got a stay in respect of this demand against the society. The Petitioners seem to 17th March 2022

The Petition is dismissed. We resist, if only narrowly, the temptation to make an order of costs against the Petitioners in an amount no less than the unpaid bills.
