The present application for transferring Writ Petition No.123/2015 pending before the Nagpur Bench of this Court to the Principal Seat at Mumbai is objected by the original petitioners in Writ Petition No.123/2015 on the basis that the petition is not identical and similar to Writ Petition No.3195/2015. It is submitted by learned A.G.P. that in any case Writ Petition No.3195/2015 is already disposed on 23rd December 2015. Therefore, admittedly, the application for transfer does not survive and, accordingly, it is dismissed.
