This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no.1 - State Government to take decision in the pending appeal presented by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the date of hearing prescribed appeal, in observance of principles of natural justice and in accordance with the provisions of law. 2.

It is informed that the hearing in the matter has been prescribed on 13th August, 2019 and the notices of hearing have been served on the learned Counsels for the petitioner and respondents in the instant petition.
