The learned Counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 9996 of 2017 submits that the State has fled an affdavit. It is contended that the petitioner is one of the person responsible for de-recognition of the school. The said de-recognition is without giving notice to the petitioner and without giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 2.
In Writ Petition No. 4050 of 2018, the learned AGP was directed to take instructions as to the steps undertaken to absorb the petitioner. The learned AGP seeks time. 3.
The learned AGP shall take instructions from the State Authorities as to whether the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 4050 of 2018 was given any notice of hearing and if not whether the State Authorities are ready to give hearing to the petitioner.

Place the matter on 7th September 2022.
