Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that, Respondent No. 3-Management has submitted proposal dated 08.04.2019 to the Respondent No. 2-Education Offcer for the approval of the appointment of the Petitioner on the post of Trained Graduate Teacher, however, Respondent No. 2 has not taken the decision on the said proposal.

We direct Respondent No. 2-Education Offcer to take decision on said proposal dated 08.04.2019, if already not taken, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, however, within eight weeks from today and communicate the said decision to Respondent No. 3 and Respondent No. 4. With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
