Apprehending arrest in connection with C.R. No.714 of 2023 registered with Indapur Rural Police Station, Indapur, District Pune for offences punishable under sections 306, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the applicants are seeking relief under section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.

Learned advocate for the applicants states that the Sessions

911-aba2275-2023.doc Judge has kept the anticipatory bail applications for final hearing on 19th August 2023. In that view of the matter, learned APP states that till 19th August 2023 applicants shall not be arrested. 3.

In view of the said statement, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present anticipatory bail application; however, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to decide the Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.998 of 2023 and Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.1042 of 2023 in connection with F.I.R. No.714 of 2023 on 19th August 2023.
