This is the Second Bail Application.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. He submits that till date, five witnesses have been examined and requests that the trial Court proceedings, being R.C.C.No.112 of 2015 be expedited.

Learned APP on the instructions of the

BA 1791-16.doc investigating officer, who is present in Court states that the prosecution intends to examine 7-8 more witnesses. Accordingly, trial of the Applicant is expedited. An endeavour shall be made to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn. Registry to communicate this order to the learned Judicial Magistrate F.C., Court No.1, Madha, District - Solapur by fax.
