No.141 of 2012 for offences under Sections 120-B, 394, 302, 333 and 34 of Indian Penal Code vide Judgment dated 11th April, 2022 by SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE Date:

2023.01.12 17:54:08 +0530 SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life. He has been transferred to Nashik Road Central Prison on 15th April, 2022 for undergoing sentence.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in present Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
