2] Perused the order passed by this Court on 27th September, 2019.

3] Learned APP has placed on record nominal role received by him. It is marked Exhibit "A".

4] Nominal role shows that from date of arrest i.e. 11/06/2007 till date of punishment i.e. 30/04/2009, set off has been permitted. The prisoner has been given set off for undertrial period of one year 10 months and 19 days. 1/2

This anomaly can be looked into by the authorities while calculating date of release of the prisoner. Subject to this petition is partly allowed and disposed of. 6] The order be sent to prisoner in jail.
