1] This Petition takes an exception to the Judgment and order dated 19.08.2016 passed by the learned District Judge, Vaduj, District Satara in Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.14 of 2015.

2] The Petitioner herein in a Suit filed by him, had filed applications at Exhibit 145 and 148 against respondent No.33 for interim injunction. The trial Court rejected the said applications. An appeal was filed against the said order of trial Court. Learned Appellate Court confirmed the order of the trial Court by the impugned Judgment and order. 3] The interim injunction was sought to prevent the respondent No.33 from carrying out the construction over the suit property. 1/2

(10)WP-11629-2016.doc 4] Admittedly, the impugned Judgment and order is of the year 2016, and since last six years there is no interim order in favour of the Petitioners. Considering these facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition. In the result, Writ Petition is dismissed.
