Original Application No. 590 of 2015 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai (hereafter "the Tribunal", for short) was allowed by an order dated 1st March 2018. The respondents in such original application are the petitioners before this Court. They contend that the Tribunal fell in error in its interpretation of the Government circulars governing the field and in granting relief to the original applicant (respondent before us). 2.
In course of hearing, it has been ascertained that the amount of Rs. 88,265/- together with 6% simple interest, which was directed to be refunded to the original applicant, has been paid to the original applicant.

In such view of the matter, Ms. Thakkar, learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, does not wish to J.V.Salunke,PS

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
