This Application is filed with a prayer to suspend the substantive sentence imposed upon the Applicant and praying that he may be enlarged on bail during the pendency of the Criminal Appeal No.529 of 2014.

Admittedly the Criminal Application No.1243 of 2014 (Mansoor Nabib Shaikh Vs The State of Maharashtra) in Criminal Appeal No.529 of 2014 was heard by this Court and same was rejected on merits. Being aggrieved by the said order dated 29th September 2014, the Applicant filed the Petition for Special Leave to Appeal No.16332 of 2015 before the Supreme Court. The said SLP was heard by the Supreme Court on 28th September 2014 and same was dismissed. Except passage of time there is no change in circumstances. Since this Court has rejected the earlier Application on merits, this Application also stands rejected. Hearing of the Appeal stands expedited.
