In this application, the prayer of the applicant Parvez Ahmed @ Guddu Abdul Wahid Khan, original accused No.4, is for bail. 2.

It is seen that the applicant has preferred another application for bail i.e., Criminal Application No.531 of 2016 in the very same matter. The said application is still pending. Two applications with the same prayer in the same matter cannot be allowed, hence, the present application is disposed of and the Criminal Application No.531 of 2016 will be heard on 27.9.2016.
