Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, restricts this petition to the relief claimed under prayer clause (b). By this prayer, the petitioner has sought direction to respondent No.1 to decide his representation dated 4th January, 2016, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit A". Learned AGP submits that appropriate orders may be passed.

In the above circumstances, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 4th January, 2016, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit A", as expeditiously as possible and preferably within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
