This Court by order dated 14 February 2023, while allowing the application filed by the present applicant for regular bail has imposed the following condition :

"(iii) The applicant shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the Chakan Police Station for the period of one year." 2.

The above said condition was imposed as the applicant is involved in 9 more crimes. I am therefore not inclined to relax the above said condition. The Interim Application is rejected. ( N.R. BORKAR, J. ) Kanchan P Dhuri 1 / 1
