None for the Petitioner. On the last occasion also, adjournment was sought. The Petitioner who was working with Respondent No.2- Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited has been removed from service. He was convicted under sections 323, 304 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The Tribunal noted that the Petitioner was convicted because he assaulted the victim by wooden sticks and brick which caused severe skull and brain injuries to the victim. Thereafter, upon enquiry, the Petitioner was removed from service. The Tribunal found that there was no ground to interfere. 2.

Since none appears for the Petitioner, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
