After hearing the petition for some time when we expressed our views to Mr. Paranjape that all grounds raised in this petition could be raised in the reply to be filed to the show cause notice, Mr. Paranjape sought leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a detailed reply to the show cause notice.

Reply to the show cause notice to be filed within four weeks from today. Petitioner may raise all points in the reply and the Adjudicating Authority shall consider all submissions of petitioner and pass a reasoned order.

If the Adjudicating Authority does not agree with petitioner's submissions, he shall give reasons for his disagreement as well. Before any order is passed, a personal hearing shall be given to petitioner and notice of Gauri Gaekwad

If petitioner wishes to file written submissions recording what transpired during the personal hearing, petitioner may do so within 3 working days after personal hearing. The final order to be passed within 12 weeks from today.
