P.C.:- By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 103 days in filing Revision Application challenging the judgment and order dated 4 th February, 2017 whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur has dismissed the Criminal Appeal No.11 of 2013.

The Applicant has been convicted in R.C.C. No.544 of 2009 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kolhapur, for offences punishable under Sections 454 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for six months and to pay Megha 1/2
904_appr_426_2017.doc fine of Rs.100/- in respect of each of these offences. He had challenged the said order in Criminal Appeal No.11 of 2013. The Applicant has stated that he was not present on the date the judgment was passed by the Appellate Court and was not aware of the same. In view of the said ground and also in view of the other grounds spelt out in paragraph 4 of the application, the delay in filing the revision application is condoned.

The revision application be registered in case there are no other objections.
