Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed, by consent :- (a) The Judgment and Order passed by the Member, Industrial Court, Solapur in Complaint (ULP) No. 22 of 2015, dated 16 th June, 2016 is set aside.

(b) The Member, Industrial Court, Solapur shall hear the Complaint (ULP) No. 22 of 2015 afresh and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.

(c) All contentions of the parties are kept open. (d) The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Member, Industrial Court, Solapur on 11 th December, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions in the matter.

kpd 2 / 2 914-WP-12313-2016.sxw (e) The parties shall not seek any adjournment unless absolutely necessary. The Member, Industrial Court, Solapur shall also not adjourn the proceedings unless absolutely necessary.

(f) Parties shall not lead any further, oral or documentary evidence. (g) The Member, Industrial Court, Solapur shall allow the complainant to join the Government as party Respondent to the complaint, if the Member, Industrial Court, Solapur is of the view that the Government needs to be joined as a party Respondent.
