1] The learned counsel for Respondent No.1 makes a categorical statement on instructions that custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary.

2] Accepting the said statement, Applicant deserves protection from arrest.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with F.No.S/3Misc(01)182/2020-21-PCCCCV01-III registered with 1/2

(31)ABA-2439-2022.doc Respondent No.1, the applicant Shreepal Pankaj Shah shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties of the like amount.

(c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station as and when called for.

(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
