We are informed by the learned A.P.P that the investigation is ongoing. Having regard to the contents of the FIR, we do not deem this a fit case to exercise our writ jurisdiction at this stage. In the event, the charge-sheet is filed by the investigating agency, it would be open for the Petitioner to seek appropriate recourse under the Code of Criminal Procedure.
With the observation as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
