1] Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No. 62/2021 registered with Kasarvadavali Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 394,354,324 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] Perused the F.I.R. It appears that complainant and applicant were in consensual relationship. Differences claimed to have resulted into cause of lodging complaint as applicant alleged to have assaulted 1/2

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in C.R. No. 62/2021 registered with Kasarvadavali Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 394,354,324 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with evidence. 3] Application stands disposed of.
