The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that initially the Petitioners were fled the present petition for directions to the Respondents to audit accounts of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. She submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the Respondents decided to split Group (Toli) Number no. 157(a). She submits that as the subsequent events are not placed on record, the Petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to fle a fresh with the same cause of action and to challenge decision to split Group (Toli) by the Respondent. The same is permitted.
