Respondent No.2 has tendered an affidavit, pointing out that matrimonial controversy is amicably settled and compromise is also

Accordingly, parties have also filed proceedings under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, vide Case No.F 1407 of 2018 at Family Court, Bandra.

In this situation, accepting the joint statement, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (i).
