Learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is a delay of 393 days in filing the Civil Application for bringing on record the legal heirs of respondent no. 16. He prays that the said delay be condoned.

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). CIVIL APPLICATION (ST.) NO. 23950 OF 2017 3.
