By an Order dated 9.8.2018 the applicant was granted ad-interim relief.

The role attributed to the applicant in the present crime is that, on the date of incident i.e. 25.5.2018 between 3.00 to 4.00 p.m. the applicant stared at the injured witness i.e. Pravin Meghkar and branded an iron rod thereby indicting that, he will assault him. The actual assault in question has taken place at about 7.30p.m. at a different place where prima facie it appears that, the applicant was present. There is a dispute between the informant and his supporters on one side and the applicant and his supporters on the other hand over the control of trade union in the - Page-1/2

asn 19-aba-1590-18.doc company where they are working i.e. Searce Dyes and Moulds Pvt. Ltd. That, the applicant was only present along with other accused persons at the scene of offence, however, no overt act is attributed to him and the allegation of assault is made against the co-accused Deepak Patil and two other unknown persons.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by Order dated 9.8.2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned police station is waived.
