1] This is an application for further modification of condition No.(ii) imposed upon the applicant by an Order dated 14th July 2015. 2] By the said condition, the applicant was directed to attend Byculla Police station, Mumbai once in a week i.e. on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. till the conclusion of the trial. The said condition was modified by an Order dated 8th February 2016 and the applicant was directed to attend Byculla Police station, Mumbai once in a fortnight i.e. on every 1st and 3rd Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of the trial. 3] For the reasons stated in the application, the said condition is further modified and the applicant is hereby directed to attend the Byculla Police Station, Mumbai on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till

It is however made clear that the said condition will not be modified further on any ground.
