The Petitioners had approached this Court with a prayer to direct the authorities to grant them permission to use sound system in public functions/Ganeshotasavs/Festivals.

Learned APP submits that one person was granted permission and he violated the conditions of permission. Therefore, a first information report has been registered against him. 3.
