Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed, by consent :- (a) The Order passed by the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Nashik in Appeal No. 21 of 2010, dated 25 th June, 2015 is set aside.

(b) The Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Nashik shall hear the Appeal No. 21 of 2010 afresh and dispose off the same within a period of four months from the date of this order.

(c) The parties shall be allowed to produce/lead further documentary and oral evidence, if they so desire.

(d) All contentions of the parties are kept open.

kpd 2 / 2 916-WP-12973-2016.sxw (e) The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Nashik on 20 th November, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions in the matter.

(f) The parties shall not seek adjournment/s unless absolutely necessary. The Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Nashik shall also not grant adjournment/s to either side unless absolutely necessary.

(g) All concerned to act on an ordinary copy of this order duly authenticated by the Personal Assistant of this Court.
