In view of the above pursis, First Appeal Nos.1267 of 2008, 1268 of 2008 and 1269 of 2008 are allowed to be withdrawn and are disposed off as such.

In view of the disposal of the appeal, pending applications therein, if any, shall also stand disposed off. 4.
