This appeal has been preferred by the appellants against the order dated 8th July, 2015, passed by the learned Special Judge under MCOC Act, Greater Mumbai, in MCOC Special Case No.11 of 2014. In the said case the appellants had preferred an application for discharge being Exhibit - 3. By order dated 8th July, 2015, the application of the appellants for discharge came to be rejected, hence, this appeal.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the trial in MCOC Special Case No.11 of 2014 has started and one witness has already been examined.

In this view of the matter, the prayer of the appellants for discharge cannot now be considered. Hence, the appeal is dismissed.
