Heard learned counsel for the Applicants and learned APP for the Respondent - State.

Learned APP makes a statement, on the instructions of the officer who is present in Court, that as of today, no offence is registered as against the present applicants, on a complaint application lodged by Nisha Bajaj with the Wakad Police Station. She states that if the police intend to arrest
2/2 907-aba.1315.2015 the present applicants, who are the husband and mother-in-law of Nisha Bajaj, the Investigating Officer will give 72 hours prior notice to the applicants. The said statement is accepted.
