Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

By this civil application, applicant is seeking early hearing of First Appeal No.353 of 1999 on the ground that applicant is senior citizen. Office note shows that First Appeal is ready for final hearing.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant, averments made in civil application and as the applicant is senior citizen, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this civil application. Hence, following order :- S.C.Magar

35-caf-4334-2014.doc a) Hearing of First Appeal No.353 of 1999 is expedited.

b) Registry is directed to place the First Appeal No.353 of 1999 for final hearing on weekly board as per its turn in the senior citizens list.

c) Civil application stands disposed of accordingly. d) No order as to costs.
