DATE : 03rd OCTOBER, 2018 P.C. :

.

The Petitioner has approached this Court contending that though on account of his personal difficulties, he had sought NOC of Respondent No.1 to complete his internship at some other college, the same was denied to him. 2.

We have heard Shri Thorat learned Counsel for the Petitioner on the last date. He had submitted that due to conduct of the Petitioner and casting aspersion against the Institute, he was not entitled to said relief. 1/2

We have however suggested taking into consideration the Petitioner's genuine difficulty that his sister was suffering from schizophrenia, it will be appropriate that the Management grants NOC on the Petitioner's tendering an unconditional apology. Shri Thorat has fairly conceded to the suggestion given by the Petitioner.

4.

Accordingly, the Petitioner has tendered his unconditional apology on an affidavit to the Respondent - Management. Shri Anukul Seth learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.1 states that the said apology is satisfactory and acting on the said apology, the Respondent No.1 shall issue necessary NOC to the Petitioner.

5.

We accept the statement. NOC be granted to the Petitioner within 10 days from today. The Petition is disposed of.
