1] After this matter was argued for some time and we expressed to Mr. Kulkarni our clear disinclination to grant any relief, on instructions, he seeks leave to withdraw it with liberty to approach the Revenue Authorities with a fresh application and requesting that Authority to make appropriate entries in the land records and particularly in 7/12 extracts. 2] In view of this statement made on instructions, we allow the petition to be withdrawn with liberty as above. We however clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the maintainability of the application to be filed or the proceedings as a whole.
