By an Order dated 9.8.2018 the applicant was granted interim relief on the ground that the co-accused Shri. Yuvraj Shinde and Shri. Ganesh Gavkhare have been granted pre-arrest bail by this Court by its Order dated 27.6.2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that, Yuvraj Shinde is the principal accused in the present crime and all the allegations revolve around against him and therefore the applicant deserves to be protected by pre-arrest bail on the ground of parity. - Page-1/2

Perusal of record would indicate that, there is substance in the submission of learned counsel for the applicant. 4.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 9.8.2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned police station is waived.
