P.C:- The Petitioners have challenged notice issued by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 28th Esplanade Court, Mumbai, asking the Petitioners to appear before the Court with written statement and documents.

We find no reason to interfere in the writ jurisdiction. Whatever may be the stand of the Petitioners, which the Petitioners seek to argue before this Court, the Petitioners can point out the same by appearing before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.
