Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Apart from the fact that very old writ petitions are pending in this Court, this Writ Petition of the year 2013 cannot be given out of turn priority, especially in the light of the fact that Applicant has been protected by an interim order. Moreover, the prayer for remand will have to be considered at the time of final hearing of the Writ Petition.

Hence, no relief can be granted on civil application and the same is accordingly rejected.
