By this civil application, the applicant prays for setting aside order dated 19th June, 2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) and seeks restoration of the second appeal which is dismissed in view of the non compliance of the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II).

Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent no.1. The only objection raised by the office is regarding blank portion on page 50 of the memo of the Second Appeal (St) No.35024 of 2018. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has annexed copy of the appeal memo as was served upon the applicant's advocate containing such blank on page 50. Statement is accepted. Office objection is that regard is dispensed with.

Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a)

Kvm 2/2 14-CASST22076.19 and (b). There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Since there are no other office objections, second appeal be numbered by the office.

Place the second appeal on board for admission on 1st October,2019.
