This application is for condonation 214 days delay caused in preferring appeal against the Judgment passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Malegaon, District Nashik and is convicted for the offence punishable under Section 4,5 of Explosive Wakodikar

2/2 31. APPA 1296-2019.doc Substance Act, 1908 and is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 10 years and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default simple imprisonment for four months respectively on both the counts.
