According to the Petitioner, Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have not taken appropriate action by informing about the measurement of subject plot in question and demarcation which is necessary for taking decision about grant of final approval to the Assistant Director of Town Planning before whom the matter is pending.

The Petitioner submits that the preliminary approval has already been given but for want of forwarding of the measurement, which according to the Petitioner has already done on 13th September, 2013 the final approval has not been granted. 3.

907-wp-10211-2018.doc Petition by directing Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to look into the Petitioner's grievance and take appropriate steps/action as is required in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The Petitioner to appear before Respondent No. 3 on 15th October, 2018 at 11.00 am along with the copy of this order. 5.
