Both the advocates state that pursuant to the decision taken in the meeting dtd. 2nd May, 2015, the dispute in the petition has been settled between the parties and tender copy of the Minutes of the Meeting. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The petition is disposed off in terms of the Minutes. Clause "3" of the Minutes records the statement by the respondent that on receipt of appointment letters by the 93 candidates,
Dusane 2/2 WP9054.2012 the respondent will withdraw Complaint (ULP) No.172 of 2012. Mr. Shah, the learned advocate for the petitioner states that the appointment letters would be given to the 93 candidates on 12th May, 2015, as per the Minutes. Ms. Karnik, the learned advocate for the respondent, on instructions makes a statement that after receipt of the appointment letters, the respondent will make an application to the concerned court for withdrawal of the Complaint, latest by the next date of the hearing i.e. 6th June, 2015.
