The learned P.P Mr. Thakare states that police protection to the extent of one API and four constables is being provided to the Petitioner during day time, so as to facilitate the coming and removing of the goods and personnel of the Petitioner Company. She further states that the FIR which has been registered is being investigated into by API Mr. P. M. Dongre. She further states that a notice under Section 149 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (`Cr.P.C') has been issued to the Union in question as also a notice under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C. has been issued. wp.3534.18.919.doc Having regard to the steps which have been taken as aforesaid, we are satisfied with the same. We hope and trust that the police would provide the necessary assistance to the Petitioner as and when required and also take the proceedings, which they have initiated, to their logical conclusion.
