Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking permission to serve Respondent Nos.3 to 5 by substitute service under Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

c) The Applicant is permitted to serve Respondent Nos.3 to 5 by substitute service as per Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 i.e. by publication in newspaper namely Navshakti and Free Press Journal, within 12 weeks and file an Affidavit of service to that effect.
